1. Information we collect
We store your checkout email, order reference, payment-provider identifiers, amount, order status and delivered key. Support tickets store your email, messages and any order reference you provide. We use these records to deliver keys, verify payments, retrieve orders and answer support requests.
2. Payment and Spotify credentials
Card details are entered on the payment provider's hosted page. We do not ask for or store Spotify passwords or session cookies. The third-party activation provider separately requests account access on its own site; review its requirements before using it.
3. Service providers
Our hosting and database services process store records. Card payments use Moyasar and crypto payments use NOWPayments when enabled. These providers process payment information under their own policies. Following an external activation link takes you to SpotUpgrader. We do not sell your personal information for advertising.
4. Storage and access
Order access uses a signed, HTTP-only browser cookie that expires after 30 days. You can retrieve an order with its reference and checkout email. Keep both private. Support ticket links include a private access token. Administrators use browser session storage for their dashboard session. Google Fonts is used to load the site typeface.
5. Retention and requests
We retain order and support records for fulfillment, support, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping obligations. Use the Support page to request access, correction or deletion. Records that must be retained for those obligations cannot always be deleted immediately.
